  • To Provide Custom Software Development Services: When we develop tailored software solutions for our clients, the collection, use, and management of personal data within those solutions are governed by the specific contractual agreements with those clients. Q5Services acts as the data processor, meaning we process the data strictly according to the client's instructions and for the purposes defined in our contract with them.
